here are a few reasons why i believe Yoga and Ayurveda is important in ones life

Yoga allows you to achieve a sense of wholeness in your life, where you do not feel like you are constantly trying to fit the broken pieces together. yoga allows you to find an inner peace that is not ruffled and riled by the endless stresses and struggles of life. Yoga allows you to find a new kind of freedom that you may not have known existed

The various positions that you will perform in a yoga class are called "asanas", -Sanskrit for "pose, or "posture". The idea is to get better at assuming each pose, which will bring a great number of benefits besides toning the body. These include better sleep, circulation, digestion, respiration and less illness

According to Ayurveda the accumulation of toxic substances in the body, years of poor diet, weak digestion and incomplete elimination of waste matter, inadequate sleep, pollution and stress lead to imbalance in the body and the build up of toxins, which can lead to ill-health. The basis of Ayurveda treatment is a process of purification and rejuvenation
